Sanford R. Landress


Sanford concentrates his practice in the area of debtor/creditor and insolvency law, with a particular focus on representing banks, other creditors, committees, and debtors in commercial Chapter 11 reorganizations and Chapter 7 liquidations. He also has an emphasis in non-bankruptcy commercial litigation in both state and federal courts including judicial foreclosure actions, receiverships, actions involving commercial leases, and complex collection matters. Sanford has particular expertise in defending commercial creditors in preference and fraudulent conveyance actions in both state and federal courts, and in bankruptcy court.
