Miller Nash Graham & Dunn attorney Olivia Grabacki was recently elected to serve a two-year term on the board of directors of Sarah Bellum’s Bakery & Workshop. Sarah Bellum’s is a social enterprise bakery that helps adults who have suffered brain injuries to return to work and life through baking various treats, including cupcakes, pies and paleo desserts. Through this experience, and with the support of medical professionals and graduate students in speech-language pathology, occupational therapy and rehabilitation psychology programs, adults with acquired brain injury gain functional, social, cognitive and physical skills in a real-world setting to support their development and rehabilitation.

About Olivia Grabacki
Grabacki focuses her practice on tax, real estate, cannabis regulatory and general business governance matters. She represents mission-driven organizations, such as nonprofits and other tax-exempt organizations, cannabis entrepreneurs and business owners on matters relating to state and local property tax, entity choice and formation, employee and executive compensation plans and regulatory licensing processes. Grabacki also regularly drafts and reviews a wide range of business agreements, including service agreements, purchase agreements, lease agreements, joint venture agreements and independent contractor agreements. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois before earning her law degree at Lewis & Clark Law School, where she was a Dean’s Scholarship recipient. During law school, she worked as a law clerk for the Washington County District Attorney’s Office.
