Eric focuses his practice on assisting both public and private employers navigate plan administration issues related to qualified plans, multiemployer plans, and health and welfare plans. Eric has assisted clients with ERISA, Internal Revenue Code, HIPAA, and Affordable Care Act compliance issues, including plan corrections under the Employee Plans Compliance Resolution System ("EPCRS") through the self-correction and voluntary compliance programs.
