Christian Hawthorne is a member of the firm’s litigation practice team, concentrating primarily on matters involving intellectual property, labor and employment law, and various business litigation disputes. Christian’s intellectual property practice focuses on trademark and copyright protection and enforcement, including drafting trademark- and copyright-related demand letters, administrative trademark proceedings, and responding to office actions. She also focuses on labor and employment disputes involving wage-and-hour claims, sexual harassment, discrimination, and compliance.
Christian’s litigation practice includes communicating with clients, drafting pleadings and client memoranda, and conducting and responding to discovery in civil actions. She additionally has experience monitoring regulation and compliance in highly-regulated industries, including cannabis, liquor, and gaming.
Christian began her career at Miller Nash Graham & Dunn as a summer associate in 2016. Before joining the firm, Christian served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Carol A. Schapira of the King County Superior Court.
