Carla Todenhagen Quisenberry

Senior Counsel

Carla’s practice focuses on intellectual property law, including the preparation and prosecution of patent applications and evaluating patentability and freedom to operate in a range of mechanical-related technologies including biomedical devices, building material processing, toys and other apparatuses. Her practice includes preparing and prosecuting trademark applications and evaluating trademark availability for use and/or registration.

Carla is also experienced in patent, trademark, and copyright litigation and licensing, and in matters related to trade-secret misappropriation and unfair competition. Additionally, she counsels cannabis-related clients on protecting their intellectual property assets and assists cannabis businesses with state licensing issues and related disputes.

Carla was recognized from 2013-2016 as an Oregon Rising Star℠ by Super Lawyers®.
